Order Acceptance & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxetubsource.com. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped within the Continental United States only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith based on typical carrier performance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
