Shipping Coverage Area

Luxe Tub Source currently ships to all addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, please reach out to our support team before placing your order, and we will be happy to confirm.


Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is successfully placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This confirms that your order has been received and is in our system. Please review your order details carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

Please ensure your shipping address is capable of receiving a large freight truck. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or the absence of an authorized signer during the scheduled window, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee, which will be the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional lead time, a member of our team will contact you directly with an updated timeline before your order proceeds.

Because many of our products are custom-built or specialized luxury items, lead times may vary by manufacturer. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order departs the warehouse.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Delivery

Due to the size and weight of our products, most orders are shipped via LTL Freight.

Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery is "Curbside." This means the driver will pull the truck up to the curb of your home or business.

Liftgate Service: We include complimentary liftgate service on all eligible orders to safely lower your unit from the truck to the ground.

Appointment Required: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. A person over the age of 18 must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website. We encourage you to track your order regularly as it makes its way to you, particularly for larger freight deliveries that may require someone to be present upon arrival.


Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the Continental United States. Combined with our processing window, the typical end-to-end delivery timeframe from order placement to arrival is 7–12 business days. Larger hot tub models shipped via freight carriers may fall toward the upper end of this range due to the specialist handling they require.


Shipping Carriers

We work with a trusted network of established carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS for standard-sized shipments. For larger hot tub models that require specialist transportation, we utilize reputable freight carriers experienced in handling oversized and high-value items with the care they deserve. Carrier selection is based on your location, product size, and what will get your order to you most reliably.


Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything in our power to meet our stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays can occur due to high carrier demand, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In any situation where a delay affects your order, we will proactively notify you as soon as we are made aware, with a clear update and a revised estimated delivery date. We will never leave you wondering about the status of your purchase.


The Mandatory Inspection Process

Important: You are responsible for inspecting the shipment before the driver leaves.

Check for Outer Damage: Look for any punctures, crushed corners, or dampness on the cardboard/crating.

Note the Bill of Lading (BOL): If you see even minor damage to the packaging, you must write "Product Damaged" on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing.

Refusing a Shipment: If the product itself is visibly and severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support team immediately at [Your Phone Number].

Concealed Damage

You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to unbox your product and inspect it for "concealed damage" (damage not visible on the outside of the box). If any damage is found, please take high-resolution photos and contact us immediately. After 48 hours, we may be unable to file a claim with the carrier.
